The rooms are comfy and well laid out, with a view of the lake. the room comes equipped with central heating, a couch bed, and an iron. the location is fantastic, next to the peninsula, Lake Sevan public beach, and Yerevan. Close by is Gettin' Basted, a great spot for shots, just a 20-minute walk away from the hotel.

Hotel's location was favourable, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's close enough to Lake Sevan public beach as well as churches. The breakfast had good choice of tea, butter, slices of fresh bread, omelet, and cheese.
